Your Role as a CNA
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs.
- Mobility Assistance: Help with safe movement, transfers, positioning, and walking support.
- Daily Monitoring: Observe changes in condition, comfort, appetite, mobility, or mood and report concerns when appropriate.
- Meal and Routine Support: Assist with meals, hydration, daily routines, and medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Companionship: Provide conversation, reassurance, and respectful emotional support.
- Home Safety: Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA experience or certification, according to applicable role requirements.
- A compassionate and dependable approach to care.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and report changes appropriately.
- Respect for each client’s privacy, dignity, and individual needs.
